March 11, 2010 Bluegrass Mustang Club Members: Our Car Show Committee met Thursday, March 11th to discuss the elements involved in producing our 2010 Dads & Grads Car Show. One key component at this point as you all know is securing sponsorships/donations. WE NEED THE HELP OF ALL CLUB MEMBERS. Our car show committee is asking EVERY CLUB MEMBER FAMILY to secure donations of $100.00/family. This can be 4-$25.00 gifts from those people you support each day like your hairdresser, dry cleaner, local restaurant, etc. This not only provides the opportunity for all club members to participate, but these funds will effectively cover the cost of putting on the show, thus giving more options for show amenities such as trophies and plaques, t-shirts, not to mention charitable donations. PLEASE JOIN THE CAR SHOW COMMITTEE in helping to secure these donations. We will be sending out to you for your use if you need it, a solicitation letter from the club. Thanks Roy Mundy |
